The Vilex Redemption DUO Hindfoot Nailing System is an intramedullary nailing system to address initial and revision tibiotalocalcaneal arthrodesis. The DUO Hindfoot Nailing System utilizes proven fixation techniques and components, including a two-piece targeting arm assembly to assist with both internal and external compression.

The nail design features two pre-assembled internal compression mechanisms to assist with tibiotalar and subtalar compression. The system allows the surgeon to independently compress both the talar and calcaneal screws.

DUO Hindfoot Nailing System features a wide range of nail sizes across three different diameters, and is the only hindfoot nailing system on the market to offer both standard and revision nail options. DUO also offers locking caps, and both headed and headless screws all manufactured from titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V).

SYSTEM FEATURES
The REDEMPTION™ DUO Hindfoot Nail System features both standard and revision nails, designed to address initial and revision tibiotalocalcaneal arthrodesis. DUO Hindfoot Nails are made from Type II Titanium Alloy and are cannulated, to facilitate implant placement over a Ø3.3mm Ball Tip Wire. DUO Hindfoot Nails are offered in the following sizes:

Proximal Diameters: 10mm, 11mm, & 12mm
Distal Diameter: 12mm
Lengths: 150mm, 200mm, 250mm & 300mm

After external and subtalar compression, an oblique supplementary screw may be used to ensure compression is maintained. The Oblique Guide offers three different angles to achieve subtalar compression across different patient anatomies.

Additionally, the Oblique Screw Guide is compatible with placement of REDEMPTION™ Beams and includes size specific instrumentation for 5.0mm, 6.5mm, and 8.0mm REDEMPTION™ Beams.
