ANKLEFX LOCKING PLATING SYSYEM
REIMAGINED ANKLE FRACTURE PLATING
The ALPHALOK™ ANKLEFX Plating System provides a comprehensive range of anatomically contoured plates specifically designed for the reconstruction of the tibia and fibula. ALPHALOK™ ANKLEFX features low-profile 1.3mm Titanium Alloy Ti6AI4V plating designed to reduce soft tissue irritation.
ALPHALOK™ ANKLEFX includes position-aiding plate inserters that assist in complicated fracture reduction of the posterior tibia and medial malleolus. The system offers a comprehensive range of plates to address a variety of ankle fracture patterns such as: straight fibular, posterior fibula, anterior lateral fibula, medial malleolus hook plate, posterior tibia, lateral hook, and syndesmosis fusion plates.
ALPHALOK™ ANKLEFX accept polyaxial locking screws, 2.7mm, 3.5mm and 4.0mm Sydesmosis screws, that can be angled ±15° for a total range of 30°.

ALPHALOK™ ANKLEFX Locking Technology
ALPAHLOK™ ANKLEFX Plating is designed to universally accept 2.7mm and 3.5mm screws in all plate hole options. Additionally, ALPAHLOK™ ANKLEFX includes 4.0mm Syndesomosis screw options, which can also be accepted in any plate hole option.
To help improvise ease of use and reduce OR time, ALPAHLOK™ features a modular tray system with color-coded implants and instrumentation. All screws are also inserted with the same T10 Driver.
All ALPAHLOK™ ANKLEFX Screws can be placed off axis ±15° for a total range of 30° and feature blunt tips to reduce soft tissue irritation. For ease of use, all screws and their corresponding instrumentation are color coded.
