The REDEMPTION™ Midfoot Nail and Beams System has been designed to address the unique demands of advanced midfoot reconstruction. This system focuses on treating cases such as neuropathic deformity requiring arthrodesis of the medial and lateral columns, with or without corrective osteotomies.

Patients with poor quality, soft bone (e.g. Charcot), require implants specifically designed to deliver strength and maintain purchase in these difficult cases. The REDEMPTION™ Midfoot Nail and Beams System have been designed to specifically address these patients, while providing easy to use instrumentation that assists in attaining reproducible results.

REDEMPTION™ Midfoot Nail and Beams System may be used for definitive treatment in a singular manner, or used in conjunction with ancillary fixation such as external fixation, additional beams, plates, or contact casting until bony fusion has occurred.

REDEMPTIONTM features both 7.5mm and 8.2mm Midfoot Nails to address a variety of patient anatomies
Comprehensive sizing of: 5.0mm, 6.5mm, and 8.0mm partially and fully threaded beams to address advanced reconstruction needs
Designed to achieve maximum compression through thread placement and pitch differential
All Beams and Nails are cannulated and made from Ti6Al4V titanium alloy, type II anodization

  • Lengths: 35mm to 130mm by 5mm increments
  • Fully and partially threaded options
  • Taper on head is 20% of implant length
  • Variable Partial Thread Length: Proximal Threads are 20% of overall length
  • Distal Thread Lengths: 16mm (35mm-100mm) and 32mm (105mm-130mm)

  • Lengths: 40mm to 160mm by 5mm increments
  • Fully and partially threaded options
